The candy man can
Remember that brawl like it was yesterday. Since that series we have pretty much got even with the Cardinals eliminating them last 3 appearances against them in playoffs
0:51 Ozzie got busted. HAHAHA.
Clark went in hard and took the kick with grace, but the slap on the head could not go unanswered.
Cards had a hacker on their team???
Ozzie at 0:53. Do I have a fat lip?
Hacker: I don't know I can't tell.
Ozzie got cracked on his head just like he deserved š
Maldonado hit the mfāing jungle out of Ozzie. He turned Caucasian after that haymaker lmao
Kevin Mitchell comes running in – everyone should run
Ozzie smith was always a little punk
I remember watching this as a kid live on TV. I'll NEVER forget seeing Candy flying thru the screen š
Maldonado saves Will Clark life
Candy man with the save!
1 v 2 will clark still up
Ozzie got some instant karma for that sucker punch.
Ah! the good old days of baseball fights.
I watched this game as a kid and remember Candy Maldonado clobbering Ozzie Smith.
Cardinals will clark
Giants were a tuff bunch back then
Clark flies past the bag at Mach II. So yeah, he deserved a little static thrown his way. And actually, Smith didnāt jump in until Clark rose up – canāt blame him for that as anyone here would have done the same.
The Candy flying haymaker was pretty cool though lol
So, based on the comments on here – All 130lbs Ozzie Smith jumping in instantly to throw a few punches = cheap. Candy Maldonado flying in like Jimmy Snuka while Ozzie is unexpectedly turned = heroic.
Either way, Clark deserved to get smacked for that slide. That much is true. Glad he wore the jersey though in the end.
As the announcer in Toronto used to say
CAAAANDY MAAAAALDUHNAWWWDOOOO
Jays fans love the man.
Ozzie is lucky Maldanano missed because someone else just missed lol
The brothers immediately revert to full ghetto rules. Buncha punks.
WILL CLARK IS A JERK. I KNOW CAUSE I USED TO WORK AT SHEA STADIUM
Ozzie Smith and Jose Oquendo have as much looks as class. None.
OZZIE is bush league. Cheap shots on Clark. Clark took them all on. Ozzie is classless.
that slide was drity
Dirty slide…I would've punched him too
Miss this type of baseball, players very passionate and exiting games.
That wild swing by Ozzie at 0:41 missed by two feet and he almost fell from the momentum š¤£
Ozzie Smith can't fight š š at all
Will the Thrill. That was a scrappy tough Giants team.
Ozzie was giving Clark some behind the back haymakers. Candy Maldonado came from behind his back. and gave Ozzie the BIGGEST haymaker. LOL/Karma.
Here comes Candy Moldado wasting coward Ozzie Smith with blows to his face. Bravo!
Ozzie Smith taking cheap shots and he ends up with the bloody lip. Candy Maldonado took care of Ozzie
Clark was a dh for that. He got what he deserved
Clark didn't start sliding until he reached the base.
Ironically Clark played his final season with the Red birds and became a great player with them down the stretch
That's when baseball was baseball!!
šš¼
The Candyman just pummeled The Wizard š®š
Can you mute those two loud mouths please?
80s and 90s had some great players with exciting players
where did it all go wrong
Man did these two teams hate each other. Itās was so great
"THEY" even act like thugs in baseball
