  1. I know its unlikely his number is retired, but who would wear 41 on this team? Those are big shoes to fill, like 25 was. I think wether or not 41 is officially retired, it will likely not be in regular rotation

  2. Congrats! Now sign Pinto preferably but trade him if your not. This is getting out of control and frustrating.

  3. Put him on Saturday night on Hockey Night in Canada 🇨🇦, CBC please do this. this is biggest moment for the Ottawa Senators and Greg Anderson

  4. Lifetime Sabres fan living in Ottawa, a great gesture by the Sens and I too had that same relief when Andy was in net, that of all the problems my team had, it wasn’t going to be goaltending. Good stuff Sens!

  5. Shouldn’t be a one day contract. Should be a one game contract. Let him play against Buffalo. Lol

  6. One of these days, I’m gonna buy the purple and white “hockey fights cancer” Sens jersey. And I’m gonna put #41 on the back in honour of his wife. The Anderson family will always be Sens family!

  7. I’m about to cry…. This is sad because Anderson has done a LOT for us….. welcome back #41! Only if Karlsson was there to see that! 😔

  8. We will always remember you as a senator Craig! Thank you for your memories with the sens. Karlsson would be smiling right now.. HELL THE WHOLE 2016-17 SENATORS ROSTER WOULD BE SMILING! Hope the Game goes well…. Love The Sens like never more! ❤💛🖤🤍 no I’m not crying…

  9. Surprised the sens could even afford a one day contract under the cap. Craig like all sens “legends” finishes with 0 rings.

  10. Wonder if his jersey will be next one retired for the franchise. He brought everything he had out there on the ice for the Sens, definitely deserving in my opinion.

  11. The night in Edmonton after his wives diagnosis, what failed to mention was they shut out Edmonton, Mcdavid on 2 breakaways, got 1st star an the whole arena stayed for a standing ovation, It was my first time seeing Ottawa play live since being a fan since day one, brings goose bumps everytime I

  12. He’ll always be my favourite goalie/player that played for the organization. My first jersey that I bought with my own money was the 41! I’m so happy that he gets to retire with the team! Craig in between the pipes will always be missed.

  13. Craig, thank you and your family. I wish you all the best.🙂 I enjoyed watching you when you played games in Edmonton.

  14. I had a dream a few weeks ago…and in my dream I said "I miss Bryan Murray"…only to be met with a hug by B Murray himself…needless to say, this was a good dream and not a nightmare…and I still miss Bryan Murray like the husband, father, uncle and good friend to all that he was
