It was a tough night for CCR (Copp, Compher, Rasmussen) visually and I guess the stat card agrees. Too slow and no energy tonight

Copp, Compher and Rasmussen do absolutely nothing in the offensive zone. The whole team’s offense has slowed down in the last few games, but this line is probably the least effective. Since 2 centers on one line was probably not the plan anyway, I think it’s okay to go back to what we started with. Get Kostin on the 4th and find a place for Berggren.

Copp was the worst player on the ice regardless of what the stat card says. Oh my god he was so fucking bad. Whiffed prime scoring chances, passed to no one multiple times, shot it out of the offensive zone for no reason… just no fucking clue what he was doing out there at any point.

Felt like a rough game but it didn’t seem THIS bad. Seems skewed to the left more than it should

The Ben Chiarot experient needs to end. Every game the guy takes at least one bad penalty.

One of the things I noticed last night was a LOT more trying to just throw the puck up the ice from the defensive zone than usual. Looked like the team of the last few years.
In recent games, we’ve been really good about controlled passes to get out of the zone, but so many times last night, we’d just weakly throw it up the boards right to Seattle’s defensemen. Not sure if defensive giveaways like that show up in the defensive categories here but…it looks like it.
