The Sabres took down their division rival Ottawa Senators in a 6-4 thriller on Tuesday night. Jeff Skinner finished the game with two goals, as well as Tage Thompson scoring twice including an empty net goal. Zemgus Girgensons and Alex Tuch each scored once and Casey Mittelstadt finished with two assists. Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen faced 38 shots and made 38 saves.

The Sabres were willing to attack the net in great fashion but still need to become willing to defend in front of our net in the D zone. They let players skate right in wide open!
So at the 20 seconds into this video someone explain to me why one of are great d gets knocked on his azzzz into the net and nobody thinks this is an issue.
