  1. Still hoping Adams brings in a veteran LW , ( NYI Josh Bailey salary dump when and if Lizard Lou signs Kadri or maybe a trade for Lawson Crouse?) because i dont think i can watch another season of Asplund & Bjork and their 13 combined goals and even less hits .
Left Winger= Skinner, Bailey, Perterka and Girgenson.
    Good video Guys .

  2. With the 2 russians there a pick 16,i think that was a mistake picking Osland over both of then.It was a good spot to take a chance.Thats the only thing i think they could have done better

  3. Buffalo didn’t need to do much in off season, they have the two best scoring prospects in AHL ready to make the jump! It’s too bad Quinn and Peterka will not play in Buffalo while we can watch Okposo and Asplund play 14 and 17 minutes of icetime again. Peterka is a great PK guy and two way player but the coach loves his Son Asplund who went half a season zero goals. Peterka was the best PK guy in Amerks, he should be on Sabres ahead of slugs. I laugh so hard when Buffalo media and fans talk about two way forwards and mention Asplund, he can’t score in AHL or NHL. JJ is a real two way forward trained by Mike Peca.

  4. This offseason has been exactly what the Sabres needed. They have too much potential talent in the younger players and prospect pool to allow veterans the positions to crowed them out. We need a full season or two to allow that young talent the opportunity to grow into the potential future stars of the NHL. Dahlin, Cozens, Krebs, Powers, Quinn, Peterka, UPL all need an opportunity to unlock their abilities and see if they can grow into the next generation of the elite. With Savoie, Ostlund, Kulich added to a pool that already includes players like Rosen, Bloom and Nadeau, we should not spend big on UFAs or trades. And adding more picks in the 2023 draft should be a priority given how stacked that draft is looking to become. The cap space needs to be protected to keep any of those youngsters who show real promise in development. Have some patients and steer clear of the big money additions to the roster from the outside.
