Edmonton Oilers hockey hasn’t been this flat in a long while, and well this group as it stands is finished. What comes next is anyone’s guess, but the current mix of players, coaches and management is going nowhere fast.

Hey dolynny , love the show , you are my therapy each and every day. Thank you. Anyway, I think this whole "cup or bust" attitude has negatively impacted the collective consciousness of not just the fans but the oilers locker room. We can't assume we are making the playoffs without working hard and battling for points in the regular season. The mindset needs a complete RESET or else the effort level match our opponents.

I'm hanging on to the fact that my Melbourne Mustangs had a pretty ordinary year but came out winning the Goodall Cup. I'm hoping that the oilers will get over this pathetic way of playing and come back to being the oilers that we are all hoping for this season. Oh and love the outfit!!!
I mean come on the only reason the Oilers are anything is dumb luck. The management has been incompetent for a long time and they haven't helped Connor and Leon win. They overpaid quite a few players and missed with how many first rounders. Don't get me started on Campbell. I knew that was a sh!@ signing as soon as it happened. Brown was supposed to be this and that, but even that signing was meh to me, and his play hasn't even been that. This isn't basketball. You can't win just two great players.

I’m currently flying from London, Ontario to watch The Battle of two teams that stink 😂 sad Oilers fan here, but hopefully the heritage classic lights a fire under anyone’s ass.
The only ones that can turn this group around are the players in the dressing room. You can’t blame anyone else. You can’t fire anyone, because that’s not going to solve anything. Something has been off with this team right out of gates, i don’t know if It’s because they are trying to change their style of game or if it’s something else. Who knows…
