  1. That the "experts" picked this as a cup fav is just proof that most all experts make the worst advisors. It was an easy to see read before the season had even started that this team was going to really struggle.

  2. Oilers and Flames should make some trades and just make the oilers a super team. Give Alberta something to cheer about 😂 brutal hockey for the province this year

  3. Win the cup? Not if they play like this. They would have to fight with the surging Red Wings.

  4. All a team has to do is play a little better than average all season and hit their peak around late February or March. Real season starts in April . Seen it a dozen times. Ask Al Arbor

  5. I'll tell you what's wrong with Calgary, the team sucks, they have no chemistry. I don't know how anyone could look at that roster and say "Oh yeah, this is a contender right here"

  6. What’s the problem it’s cup obits this year according to mcdavid and draisaitl well I guess it’s a bust lol

  7. They’re a 2 player team, and one of these players in injured. They’re playing as expected.

  8. It's still too early in the year, however with five decades of watching hockey in Toronto, I noticed that every year, and I mean every year, there's always a team that underperforms and a team that overperforms. Hopefully this doesn't include Edmonton.

  9. the one common in Hockey. you cannot make the playoffs in your first ten games but you can surely miss them.

  10. The Oilers have bad goaltending, they have players like Ekholm and Kane who are aging and big physical players like that don't age well, and the biggest thing is that they haven't drafted well outside of their high 1st round picks so they don't really have any prospects who can come in and help the team
