The only problem with calling up Big Z is that, if he doesn't play up to expectations, he'll have to be waived to send him back down. The last time that happened, Calgary claimed him.
Winnipeg has a bunch of AHL guys younger than Harkins, so I'm not surprised they didn't claim him 26 isn't young anymore. Dubas probably did them a favor taking him.
Carter cap hit causes so many issues with bringing up other forwards from the A unless he goes LTIR.
