Ryan Hoffer was 1 year older than the rest of his class, it is not an accurate comparison to make. He likely started Kindergarten a year late. Based on his birthday he should have been amongst the youngest in the class above his.He and dressel are less than 2 years apart in age but Dressel was in Class of 2014, Hoffer was 2017
Its why he didnt have near the improvement curve as might be expected, than and hed already maxed our hisunderwaters before entering college

Kaylee hands on wall first vs Regan in every 100/200 back final since 2021 plus new WRs, yet someone at SwimSwam still thinks it’s a toss up between Kaylee v Regan.
