Chicago Blackhawks rookie Connor Bedard scores his third goal of the season on a pass from Nick Foligno to tie the game at 2-2 against the Vegas Golden Knights.

It’s less about the shot and more about the anticipation. He knew where to be. If you even look at the goal that was disallowed – same thing – right place right time. Reminds me of Gretzky’s saying – he skates where the puck is going to be. He has this X factor of seeing the sequence ahead of the shot. Clearly super talented. Last note – the placement was not just fast, but tight into the upper right corner of the net. Hitting that at sprint speed requires pretty insane concentration. I think he’s going to be really good.
Nasty pass and you aren't stopping that shot point blank from Bedard. Guy has put points on the board basically every game so far and hes just barely getting started. Exciting blackhawks team this year. That release from Bedard is Game Over for goalies once he really gets goin ..
