That's another issue with the Habs, Price needs to play 50 games a season, not 65+….
They don't need a backup give it primeau let him play GO HABS GO
Play Lingren as back up this year; & allow Primeau to develop in Laval for the rest of the season. And then next October you'll see what you have. Primeau will be ready next year to play that role; et voila.😉👌. I think either of them will be (& are) capable of backing up our number one!! #GoHabsGo
Lindgren isn't it! Primeau is/will be too good to sit on a bench?! Maybe McNiven will step up?! Or on the hunt again for another back up. Last 2 seasons have been dud!
I think they are very wrong. What should happen at this point is MB should trade for a competitive backup goalie. It can be done at a decent price. Toronto just did. Don’t make the same mistake as last year, the playoffs could be on the line in this decision. If not yes Lindgren would be my pick.
And he's a right handed glove goalie.
To most western conference teams the Habs are SHRIMPS. Remember the Movie “Forrest Gump” Bubba said, “…. you can serve Shrimp in many ways: – … BBQ shrimp … shrimp creole … shrimp gumbo … deep fried shrimp … stir fried shrimp … lemon shrimp … coconut shrimp … shrimp soup … shrimp stew … shrimp salad … shrimp sandwich … broiled shrimp … boiled shrimp … sautéed shrimp … shrimp kabab”.
