  1. How fitting to have Chis Cuthbert call the game, like he called the first heritage classic 20 years ago!

  2. The only difference between the Flames this year and last year is last year Sutter would hold his players accountable for the display of pure ass they're showing on the ice, but at least the players are happy now right Flames fans? 🤣🤣🤣

  3. lol! i guess sutter wasn't the reason. fLames suck! but sutter is laughing his @ss off. good luck with kadri and hudie. the cancer has arrived!

  4. What a sad group this Flames team is. They look like they don't even want to be out there and play anymore.

  5. Love those revival outdoor games. Reminds me of the vikings playing in fiords in Denmark in 900 AD.

  6. To everyone dissing on the Oilers pants, just to let you all know when hockey was played on ponds decades ago the pants looked like that colour. Also their jerseys are inspired by the 1952 Edmonton Mercury who won Canadian Gold in the Olympics in the same year. Just stop being so judgenental and enjoy this spectacle that we just witnessed tonight. Edmonton was the first city who started this nearly 20 years ago. Go Oilers Go.

  7. I think every team should get one outdoor game a season. I really enjoyed this. Just as good as 2016.

  8. My god it’s so hard to watch Calgary play. It’s like nobody wants to play. Like some how getting paid to play hockey is such a drag. Conroy needs to just get rid of everyone and rebuild from scratch. Edmonton deserved this win. Calgary deserved to lose.

  9. Hubie and Cadri not so good when they don't have elite players by side.

  10. Thank you Calgary for looking out for fellow Albertans and giving us a free win. Much appreciated <3

  11. These outdoor games are a great addition to the league! I hope that the NHL considers having the 20th-anniversary of the Winter Classic (2028) in Buffalo, especially as there is a new NFL arena under construction in Buffalo.
