I know that he doesn’t fit our timeline but we should keep him because:
* He’s a true teammate and a great mentor that has no ego. He understands his role is to plant trees for the next generation * Losing constantly is demoralizing after a certain point and you begin to learn bad habits * for players to develop properly they also need to feel free to make mistakes, if those mistakes aren’t too costly because Allen can cover for them it becomes a lesson, if the mistake becomes the reason that they lose then it could become a complex.
