  1. Just fyi, no-touch icing was added to get rid of possible career ending injuries from cheap shots like this, how is this not a penalty or suspension?

  2. Makar needs to protect himself better. The defender didn't shove him, rather bumped him while trying to get to the puck. Makar slowed up in front of him while he's going full speed.

  3. Whomever thinks that was an accident need to quit smoking your pipes. Georgiev should not have touched it. Makar is an integral part of the Avs, that was a dirty shot.

  4. Dirty shot period. Bcuz if that was an avs player i wouldve wanted him suspended. Okposo we will see you down road. Just karma it sucks. Regardless of the score we lost got shutout. But i will remind you the season just began. Call my team lack luster performance ate season. Just wait this teams dangerous theres still alot of season left. Oh by the way Buffalo Sabres fans. 🎉 u party after this win. Learn how to make the playoffs before you tell me and Avs nation we will never win a Stanley Cup again. How about try to get there before you pop off at the mouth.

  5. No matter how slow and many times I see this through I see no penalty. Okposo just literally only tries to reach for the puck.

  6. ? He pushed him from behind 6 feet from the boards, to get him off-balance so he might get the puck, when they both had speed coming down the ice. Markar losing balance and going into the boards awkwardly was a foreseeable outcome of that shove. That's why Okposo did it-to get him off balance. Yes, it's a penalty. And yes, it's dangerous. Checking from behind. Or Roughing. Or several other penalties could be called-take your pick. It's a dangerous play even though it looks like it was "not that big a deal." Kyle's a clean player and I'm sure he's not trying to injure him. But the nudge was to put him off balance, and that's what he did. From behind. 5-6 feet from the boards. On a puck race. But I said that already…
