I usually don’t donate much because I typically live paycheck to paycheck but this is a go fund me where I feel almost directly connected with the lost player. Hockey is one of the most passionate sports ever and having a career ending injury absolutely sucks. Losing your life playing this amazing sport moves the whole community of hockey into an empathetic state of mind because we all care about each other at the end of the day. Rest in peace Adam 👼 ❤

As one of my favourite bands, Nickelback gets so much hate for no reason. Chad actually sang, he didn't lip sinc like every other basic performer. Also it wasn't halftime, it was 2nd intermission.

Showing my age but I lived in Alberta in the 80s and the battle of Alberta was frakkin amazing ! Especially the last 5 years when they where two of the best teams in the whole league…..aaah the good old days…lol
I'm Bruins fan but was Watching heritage classic, mostly cuz my fantasy hockey week depended on that game!, and really I liked the game…aside from Calgarys play!!?? I loved the way they laid out the rink and stuff around rink!? The view from above was real cool…liked they had like big cutouts of a player with each teams logo around rink!? It was really nice looking!? Calgarys play tho was only down side!? Of course I was relying on Calgary to do good for fantasy…needed Lindholm and Markstrom to do ok to win my week in fantasy!? Luckily I was still able to win week…probably really in part cuz of Markstrom doing decent and keeping calgary in the game!? I won My week by just 14 points!!?? Way too close for comfort!!?? Definitely liked how they produced the game and stuff!? The Nickleback thing in 2nd intermission was the most Alberta thing ever!!?? They should start doing more and more outdoor games!? They've already kinda have cuz it starred with Heritage Classic and Winter Classic games and then they've had the stadium series games but I think they should maybe try to find a way for every team to play at least 1 outdoor game a year!? Like for teams that have a huge rivalry make 1 of their games each season an outdoor game vs their biggest rival!!?? It'd be kinda cool if they did a battle of Alberta outdoor game each season and if they did the same for like Bruins vs Canadiens and other real big rivalries!? There's probably all kinds of things they could do!? But I think it'd be cool if each fanbase was treated to an outdoor game each season!? R I.P. ADAM JOHNSON

Pains me so much to imagine what Johnson endured for the remainder of his life 🙁 While most players panicked i was so blown away by his team mate holding him up to the bench and stomaching all the scenes of blood. I wish the NHL stepped up and began mandating Neckguards, at least for younger, faster skaters and shorter skaters. I really can’t imagine how Adams partner feels, and i pray for his family / kids if he has.

I thought it was exciting until the end of the second period. It was worth the watch since I usually work during outdoor games
