God the league really has empowered crybabies like Crosby, Mackinnon, and McDavid huh? If the league was smart they'd put an end to that sooner rather then later.
the refs are getting worse by the day i would love to see a poll of players and fans about the state of officiating in the nhl i have watched and played hockey for over 50 years so its hard to watch what lord buttman is doing to the game but now i have a policy that as soon as there is a terrible call by the refs i switch over to something else needless to say im not watching much hockey these days the refs are angry and seem to hate the players and buttman will never fix the problem the calls are so bad you have to wonder if the game may be fixed when powerplays are sponsored by companies you have to wonder how many power plays were agreed upon in the contract 4 a game ? 6 a game? what number is it its time for fans to take a stand
TJ Luxmore is a giant pussy. He ejected Landeskog one time because Landy asked him if he was having a bad game during a terribly officiated match against the Hurricanes. Hope Nate told him to go deepthroat a railroad spike
I'm so sick of officials, in all sports, making the game about them. Check ur ego at the locker room door, call the game, and be glad ur there getting paid well. There also needs to be more accountability for their calls/non calls, too. MLB is the worse. They are gonna be out of a job calling balls and strikes soon.
I have no idea what was said, so I cant judge it- neither can you. sometimes players literally make threats to others, so yeah, if so, it can spiral out of control if they dont take actions.

Mackinnon is one of the biggest cry babies in the league. Hanging out with Sid has rubbed off on him.

As with any sport, a penalty could be called on virtually every single play. The refs can't call them all folks…
