Heartbreaking . I'll never watch the accident but did re-watch this Minnesota kid who scored a very memorable goal in college for everyone in Minnesota. My sincerest thoughts are with his family , teammates and fans.

He had him lined up from across the ice, teammate got in his way so he threw his foot up to stop Adam. Probably didnt mean to kill the guy but he deliberately put his skate up to stop the puck carrier..
They need to make neck sleeves mandatory to prevent accidents like these
