We have lost 10 straight times when the game goes to (and ends in) OT. Unbelievable.

Kuchy and Jeannot can stay up together thinking about the chances they missed. But in all seriousness they looked good outside of the first. ABB and Jeannot looking good. Kucherov snakebitten again can’t buy a point these last few games but his forechecking, back checking, and effort in general have been great.
problem isn’t 3 on 3, it isn’t the post, and it isn’t the refs, it’s giving up 3 goals in 5? minutes in the first.
it’s unreal how often we have possession of the puck in our zone and we can’t clear it
We fought back which is good but man it feels like shit to hit the post twice with open nets and get an OT penalty to lose it

Awful 3 on 3. That’s not a good point to drop at home.
Defensive lineup is set as far as I’m concerned. De Haan is a regular and Fleury should only see the ice in the event of an injury.
Also is Stamkos alive? Dude has 3 shots on goal in 4 games and one was the goal at 5 on 3. He’s been completely invisible. Not good enough at all from him.

Im to the point where once it gets to OT I’m just gonna turn it off and assume we are going to lose. If we win it’ll be a pleasant surprise, but won’t be shocked when we lose.
I think we should make a law saying the post must be 6’2 apart
A horrible first period after 3 days of rest isn’t what you want to see but it’s not the end of the world either. Fought back to get a point but this team is so clearly in their own heads in overtime. We have yet to win an OT face off, with the way 3 on 3 is so possession based you’re not going to win many without that. 8/10 for this homestand is good, now get some wins on the road please.
I hate the friends shit in the post title
Another good performance from Johansson wasted. Came up with big saves in OT until we, of course, shoot ourselves in the foot. Frustrating, but at least we know we can be better for this.
We NEED to win that opening faceoff in overtime, it’s insane how much this impacts the outcome of the games😭🙏🏽
I’ll say, at the very least I was entertained. We could have been less sloppy, but exciting nonetheless.
