The Pittsburgh Penguins honored Adam Johnson before their game Monday and will wear a helmet sticker with his initials and number. Johnson died after an on-ice collision during an EIHL game in England.
He played 13 games with the Penguins and scored his lone NHL goal playing for them.

I've been watching hockey for over 30 years and that sure didn't look like an accident. I remember all of the serious injuries from back in the day and they all legitimately looks like accidents. This one looked different.
