Eklund definitely looks more confident and comfortable out there. There just flat out isn't enough talent on this team though right now. The young guys are contributing and looking pretty good, but the Veterans aren't leading the way they should be. Out of the 6 games, 5 have been incomplete efforts. You have to go like hell for 60 minutes.. not just when you are down by one and you are trying to score a goal to tie it late in the 3rd. I do think you are getting a sense that players like Eklund, Bordeleau, Blackwood, could be big pieces of a successful Sharks team, but they need more help. It will be interesting to see if Coture and Granlund coming back will move the needle at all. We will see.
