  1. In 1990, WWF was all about big, jacked up guys. Shane had a good build, especially in the Attitude Era, but he was never going to get a major push with all those big guys at the top of the card.

  2. In some ways I feel like he hurt himself by staying in ECW too long. He was very infamous after the NWA title trashing and he did initially put ECW on the map after Pauly worked the old ECW / Tri State Wrestling Alliance guy's out of the fed or down to the midcard. I loved old philly PWF/Tri-State Wrestling Alliance matches.

  3. James, your interviews are fantastic. Always well researched, intelligent and you build a great rapport with your guests. You can see the wrestlers responding. Shane especially seems switched on, articulate and like he's enjoying sharing the memories. Great work as ever!

  4. Rockstar? Honestly he could have been an early incarnation of what Chris Jericho later perfected & became.
