  1. They were fools to cut Gagner loose in his second stint here. He was a decent 3rd line center with some production and who's D was much improved from his first stint. Signing him now is really an admission of how back set this team now is after some more brutal personal decisions. If he can make the lineup at the half speed he now is, this team has severe depth problems. I bet he can.

  2. Where is he from? Sam? Where is the speed? I watched a few other teams and wow they are fast..

  3. Loved gags when he was here. Hes got heart, but does he still have wheels?

  4. I see people saying this is a bad move well let me tell you guys that you don’t know Ganger. This guy will produce just watch. Great signing welcome back Ganger 3x the charm.

  5. If Sam Gagner is so valuable to the current Oiler roster why'd they cut him loose last year? And why did they go with Erne over Gagner in the first place? If anything Gagner is older and slower one year later. His hockey IQ certainly hasn't jumped leaps and bounds in a span of one year. The horse sh** you're selling about Gagner on this video is inflated with a bunch of hot air and an over reach at best. You can read the comment I made about this brain dead move Holland made on Jason Gregor's full interview with Raphael Lavoie video.

  6. Maybe the waiving of Erne will send a message that pretty much any other member of the Oilers' current roster shouldn't take his job security for granted.

  7. They got rid of Kostin and didn't sign Gagne, in favor of Erne. Someone managed the pre-season terribly.

Actually kind of glad Erne moves down. Best of luck to him.
