How is Gary Bettman's non disclosure of the coming penalty for Dadonov or even the suspension for Pinto that much different. It's like the kettle calling the pot black.

I don’t get it. We knew ottawa did this dadonov thing a long time ago. Like everyone knew they did it and didn’t say anything when it happened. Why are we all waiting until now to say it’s embarrassing? Now that the league handed out the punishment finally it just seems like people are trying to justify this egregious punishment. A first round pick for this is absolutely insane. Why does this look bad on the sens. The nhl is the only one looking dumb right now
They told him about the dadanov situation but the nhl said it was a non issue…. which in my mind is even worse…

The Fix to get Big Money for Big Money Markets and their own pockets. Ottawa is small potatoes and it is in Bettman and the NHL's best interest to have Ottawa not succeed…..except to have them Move to a New City for MORE BIG MONEY!
This further shames the league since they barely did anything to Chicago whose crimes was significantly worse and genuinely evil and criminal. Chicago should have lost 4 first round picks at least, not get a generational talent the next year!!!

We'll see what kind of leadership the team has. If the team can start winning then this quickly gets put behind it. I still hope that the penalty will be lessened but not sure how likely that is.
