So say hypothetically they end up putting in nearly a same performance vs the Bruins that they did with LA? At which point if that does happen does it become plausible to make some early trade moves or they start looking Keefes way? We always talk about this team getting ahead and putting themselves in a good spot for the playoffs but as it stands rn the Leafs look like a borderline WC squad atm and that doesn’t bode well for people like Treliving, Keefe and Shanahan at all so if they are truly serious about this team reaching this next evolution that they are supposed to acheive either show it on the ice consistently night in and night out or make moves to make the team better if they aren’t good enough and if you have to trade away some people in the locker room who are well liked and respected then make that sacrifice then
