Is there a realistic way the Flames can turn things around?

How were the Rangers able to go from a team battling for a playoff spot to winning the World Series? Where does this win put Bruce Bochy among all-time great managers? How big of a missed opportunity was this for the Blue Jays? Baseball Insider Steve Phillips joins Jay Onrait to share his thoughts.

  1. I dont k ow why calgary ever though huberdeau was going to get anywhere near 115 points again. Hes a career 70 point player at his best. Its not unreasonable to suggest that at his age hes a 55 point player. Last year he gave what he is.

  2. To the question that forms the title of the above excerpt I don't see a way for the Flames to turn things around in time to qualify for a 2024 playoff spot. The Habs, after 10 regular-season games 2 seasons ago, had put up just 4 points, just 1 less than this season's Flames. Guess where those Habs ended up? DEAD LAST in the NHL standings lol.
