It’s kind of like when a someone punches a person then they fall and die from hitting the concrete. Petgrave intended to hurt Johnson and put up his leg to do so. I believe it was an accident Johnson died but Petgrave intended to hurt him. He should be charged just as anyone else.

Matt Petgrave is a POS. He has the most penalties in that league, #1 in Chael shots which resulted him with the most suspensions in the league. After listening to hockey players across the world and hearing their perspective on this situation. It’s hard not to believe that Matt knew exactly what he was doing. He’s done it before but hit the player in the chest. I definitely think he deserves some kind of punishment..!

It looks like Matt is beat on the play so he kicks his leg out to impeded Adam. I personally don’t think he meant to kick his neck but we are all taught at a young age about the dangers or our skates and sticks. What he did was reckless and he killed a man. And should be charged
Reminds me of the NASCAR race when Dale Earnhardt died. It didn’t look like a fatal crash, and he almost certainly would have survived if he wore the HANS (head and neck support) device. After his death they made it mandatory. I wonder if neck guards in hockey will be the same. It seems like all sports are becoming more and more dangerous.
How about "dirty" players get kicked out of the league. EVERYONE who they are. EVERYONE knows the crap they pull. It's a GAME!!!

That guy gave a purposeful kick, and should be arrested
This is not the first time this guy put a high skate to someone. The first time it hit the guy in the chest! It looked as if he was doing a martial arts kick to the chin as opposed to getting checked and his body going out of control!
It was murder! Plain and simple. His feet went up in a kicking motion.
