    Why is Mids chest/abdomen protector so much smaller than the other two? Seems dangerous.

    I’ve never played ice hockey, just casual floor hockey but long ago, so excuse my lack of knowledge on gear but I’m assuming it’s:

    A: His abs are solid as steel so a puck won’t do anything 😉

    B: He’s just a big tough guy and can’t look weak

    C: Defenseman need to be as light/flexible as possible

    D: All of the above
