It's the fact that Holland Doesn't get our team toughness the other teams are aware and even if we make the playoffs, we will be beaten up badly. We have a weak team toughness wise. And I'm sick of Connor not being protected
Give the third & fourth lines more ice team to rest McDavid & Draisaitl. Not having the captain at practice is not conducive to having a strong start to the game. Or maybe it’s intentional like; the captain is tired so get your butts in your gear!
The top guys are tired and over worked. There needs to be more time given to the 3rd and 4th line players. Maybe put Nuge back on 3C and see if they can get him going.
Too much 29-97 over and over. It’s not sustainable. They came out on fire and have now fizzled out. It’s a tough league and they need to play tougher. Nurse is overplayed. Spread out the defensive ice time and responsibilities. And give Skinner more time in net. There has to be a change in mindset and direction. Give the guys some confidence by playing them more. Enough overplaying 29-97
