  1. How about getting rid of the GM and ALL of management. Year after year after year, goaltending and defense. It's a joke. How.long did.they ride the Mike Smith bandwagon?? Smith was taking you nowhair…get it hair. Yeah that was the best part of Smith's game his hair lol. Has there been a quality goalie since Cujo?
McJesus and Draisaitl wont be around for another contract….

  2. Maybe having the two best players in the world……. is not a recipe for success? Go figure!

  3. How many #1 pics in a row?? Oh and McJesus was bang on with his reaction as a Jr. when he heard who got #1 pic.
Woodcroft has the most beauuuutiful eyes

  4. This should be a last resort. Schwartz needs to be fired and every avenue explored to dump Campbell immediately. Holland owes it to Jay to at least do that.

I sure hope this isn’t the case but I think McDavid is battling oblique strain. Man that injury lingers. Especially in hockey.

  5. the only guy that should be fired is Holland. His masterpiece is Nurse and Campbell contracts

  6. To the question that forms the title of the relevant SportsCentre segment, I have to say that unquestionably Jay Woodcroft’s & Sheldon Keefe’s jobs (like either, not like either so much, have mixed feelings about either, or not really knowing what to think of either) as the respective Oilers’ and Leafs’ head coaches are on the line. There’s no question the Leafs are in a better position to see playoff action this season but all bets will be off come Monday Mountain Time should the Leafs lose a crucial home game against the Bolts. A few more losses this week and next may see the Leafs tumble down to last in the Eastern Conference and begin to dig themselves a sufficiently-sized hole from which the Leafs may not recover.

  7. You'd hope so – Leon/McD 3 shots combined last game…they aren't even trying. Leon coasted on first goal. whole team is circling the bowl….time to flush!

  8. cant keep changing the head coach, time for the overpaid players, Nurse, Bouch etc to get going

  9. The one they should be firing is Ken Holland, it's not the coach, it the grown ass men that get payed millions, do yr job. The goalie coach, Kane, Bouchard,CiCi , Nurse all need to go.
