    Homerun ever 11 plus at bats. Strikes out once every 3.9 at bats. If you are a kid that has the size and strength to drive the ball over fence one for every three k’s then fine. Most kids don’t. Kids also don’t have the luxury of a big league strike zone. Anything above the waist with most kids using this method would result in fly ball outs, foul balls or a whole bunch of swing and misses. It works for judge because he has 700 at bats to battle through the peaks and valleys. If a high school kid struck out every 3.9 atbats without hitting dingers chances are he ain’t getting in the lineup. Not taking away from this method IF it works for you. And it certainly works for Aaron Judge.

    I ran batting cages for a long time and I spent hours and hours hitting and pitching. I learned things that no scout or player cared to listen because they only trusted professional coaches and players who just copy each other. Now they are experiencing the stuff I talked about, in hitting. I even pitched and learned things that no one has yet though about. It’s mind boggling how I have tried and yet, I’m not famous, and what I know will die with me. I’m not kidding. Maybe one day I’ll have a grandson and I’ll pass it on. I even worked on a mechanical hand to mimic the pitcher you were facing that day, instead of just straight 78 mph pitches. It’s mechanical fingers to throw any pitch, except knuckle balls.

    I teach tennis but my own personal tennis swing is that leg twist so my basebal swing is in my tennis swing in tennis i love hitting the ball as hard as i hit baseballs….just more fun….

    I want to learn this swing to teach my son but when I do it I feel like I'm going to break my wrist and my left arm ends up directly in front of ball path and I can't see what I'm hitting. Any help with what I might be doing wrong?

    What people don't understand about this swing and it perfection is it is for the pitch, and not for the tee, not for the or for the machine, it's for the pitch!!!
