Historically bad. They tied the record for worst start to a season that was previously held by the 1943-44 Rangers, who were gutted thanks to WW2. SJ doesn't have that excuse
I feel kind of bad for Zadina. This was the fresh start he wanted for his mental state as a player and this is the team he's playing for. Tough, tough break.

Coming from a Sharks fan this is just a representation of the historical failures of this team. Get reverse swept in the 1st round by your biggest rivals? Done. Lose to your second biggest rival in the 1st round as the presidents Trophy winners with a 26 point differential between the two? Ding!!! Now, the historical failures have just been transferred from the postseason to the regular season…
