I think the number of games is harsh just because of how we're used to the lower numbers of the NHL (I know you have a different system), but the analysis is very well done.
I think this is def a charge, I also think that the Ducks player knew he could get a call if he turned his back last second. Regardless, it's charging for sure cause he left his feet.

Who cares if he goes "out of his way" to make the hit? Yes, you make hits in hockey. And yes, sometimes you go out of your way to make a hit.
Who cares if he "makes no attempt at playing the puck"? You don't have to play the puck to make a hit.
This is more foolish content from a channel that is only a waste of time.
