I like the Hughes-Hronek pairing but I don’t want it long term. Find someone that can also do what Hronek does for Hughes so Hronek can take over the 2nd pairing
I really liked schenn with hughes, but that ship has sailed…
If Myers and Soucy continue to have the chemistry to play well together consistently like in the past 2 games, then Hughes and Hronek paring just make that much sense long term. Having 2 top defensemen together would drive the play more, giving the Canucks more probability to win hockey games instead of pairing them up with subpar partners, always worrying about the defensive side of things.
