  4. At the 26 min spot didn't feel good, felt dizzy like I was gonna get sick, perhaps I went from beginner too fast into this. Don't get me wrong as I've been following you for a while now and trust your judgement on us deciding how much weight we should lift. Maybe my low blood pressure couldn't handle the jumps. I'll keep following as I'm learning so much

  5. First time doing the plank dumbell slide……wow! I liked that one. Hope you do more of those. Just been working out with you for a couple of months and haven't encountered that one yet. Loved the whole workout, but that one exercise was definitely wow!
