The good news is the Leafs have an excellent goalie in Woll. What to do with Samsonov is the question. We need a backup goalie and Samsonov seemingly cannot be trusted to play well.
They whole team left sammy out to dry. They did NOTHING to help him. When woll went in all of a sudden they play defensively?. Give me a break. If anything i feel sorry for Sammy.
7 goals on 17 shots against tampa is simply unacceptable. Pretty. much ANY AHL nunber 1 goalie can be better. His stats are HORRIBLE this year. .855 sv%… come on man.
