    This is the first game I’ve been able to catch in awhile, and I’m so impressed. Lots of effort all around and they all played smart hockey. Really seeing Byfield start to break through. That being said, I’m headed to the game tomorrow and I’m worried they’ll be so gassed from tonight that it’ll be a sad night.

    4th line is outrageous. Team chem continues to absolutely brew. Spence looks like it’s all clicked for him. Doing confident shit like walking the line and firing slapshots through traffic… just great shit. 2nd line really struggled in this one, which surprised me, but Vegas is great.

    Special teams battle won, Talbot was great, Mikey was great… a big win against a great team. GKG

    I know we will have a slump somewhere in the season everyone does. But hot damn do we look like world beaters right now. Cam turning back the clock on the league atm too. Kings are firing on all cylinders atm

    For a 4 to 1 game it sure felt like it could go either way. That said, the Kings sure have shown on this road trip that they can match up with anybody in the league. GKG

    To the few clowns in this sub who were saying the Kings are “mid” a week ago or so, you look like absolute fools right now. This team is for real. What an impressive win over the cream of the league. That neutral zone defense was an absolute masterclass. All 4 lines just have no drop off. And Cam motherfuckin’ Talbot! What a joy to watch this team right now.

    And side note, Spence looks incredible out there. He’s really developing into a true nhl defenseman. We have a very strong 3 pairs on D right now with Englund being a very pleasant surprise.

    But he is definitely helped by how damn good our defense is.

    This team is so fun to watch. There is so much effort being put out by all four lines, every game every line is involved and impactful. And every game a different line shines – tonight the 4th line just blitzed.

    So much fun. Love this team. GO KINGS GO.

    It’s so strange to me that the Kings have morphed into an offensive powerhouse. For years we were the hard checking grinders that would win close games. Now we’re still hard checking but able to drop 4-5 goals on anyone.

    Fiala, Kempe, and Dubois haven’t even been putting up goals the way we know they can. That’s right, this isn’t even the Kings final form!

    Just so pleased to see how well Spence is playing. Lafy too. These guys are feeling it in the system and everyone is committed to the D zone especially needed in a away game against a rival. Bravo run.

    Was at the game so getting to see the Captain’s 400th in person is something I’ll never forget!

    Also, you couldn’t PAY the Knights fan to cheer for their team. Every time they’d try to get the crowd going, they’d fall flat after a few tries. An all around convincing win, Q and Mikey were out there HUSTLING tonight.
