I dont know if this is the right move, he was coaching Ponder in 2013 and TB in 2014 but i guess you might be able to credit him with the following season since some things fo carry over. For the larger jump of 3000plus yards

Iām sure Klint has what it takes to be a offensive coordinator, but Iām glad that the Vikings hired his father, Gary Kubiak, as their new offensive coordinator. Klint needs more experience developing quarterbacks and being the quarterbacks coach before heās ready to be an offensive coordinator. Klint often reminds me of Scott Turner, who served for years under his father as a quarterbacks coach until he got his own offensive coordinator job this season.
Minnesota has more athletic Weapons on offense then most teams and these Young agile QBs join low grade offenses and flip the team on a dime with their capabilities and yet we have Kirk Cousins whose in need of more help than what MN has to offer and Klint Kubiaks solution is build around Cousins some moreš¤¦āāļøThe Vikings are doomed by Moronsš¤ŖšJJ was duped Rookie of the year by Herbert a young QB on a solid offense š³ Eric Bieniemy would recognize Kirks just another Alex Smith…
