I mean what can you do against known brick wall Louie Domingue???

  2. JB_Smoove25

Minnesota Wild play solid for a full 60 minutes challenge (impossible)

  3. Familiar_Ad_2641

we werent ever going to beat the rangers twice in 1 week.

  4. Trainmanwildfan

Always fun when we face the other team’s Vezina caliber third string goalie!

  5. I don’t know what’s going on with Kap, but he’s just been really off so far. I guess most of the team is though. Hoo boy

  6. TheSkeletones

Can we stop losing in blowouts for 5 FUCKING MINUTES?

  7. Did the Wild get a single shot off a rebound? Lots of ones and dones.

  8. Low_Cantaloupe6204

Well, I learned two things from this
    1) officiating needs to be better, so many people getting dumped without the puck is dangerous
    2) the rangers are fucking stacked

  9. I’m so tired of the Wild making 3rd string goalies look like Vezina candidates…. WTFU

  10. Superb-Ad-9627

Lost talent and we are really fucking young.

We can still put something together but I expect a squeak into the playoffs or a miss this year.

We certainly aren’t competitive enough right now to even think about a playoff run.

Didn’t play for the entire first period.

Kept trying to beat the goalie clean and missing instead of making sure you get it on net and fight for the rebound.

Dominated play for long stretches but couldn’t work the puck out for shots on net.

This should have been a winnable game with Domingue (who did play well) in net and Fox out again.

Hopefully they are ready to go at 6 PM CST tomorrow night instead of whatever this was.

  12. CloudViking19

Officiating is genuinely insane. Absolutely atrocious.

  13. Who has time to call little things like a guy getting his stick slashed out of his hands while trying to stop a breakaway when we have the be so vigilant to make sure nobody is a millimeter offsides?

  14. Eh I figured the Rangers were slotted for a revenge game. I’m surprised the score wasn’t worse

  15. Dr_Daniel_Challis

So glad we were able to fix the issue with our defense

  16. annyleigh

not that it would’ve made much of a difference but that stick mishap against boldy at the end was so disrespectful

  17. calel8242

It wouldn’t have changed anything but that no call on the empty netter was baffling. Can’t keep sleepwalking through first periods either.

  18. stumpybubba-

There was a hockey game tonight.

At least we get to try again tomorrow.

  19. JustaRoosterJunkie

Amazing how many Vezina candidates we’ve faced this season.

  20. ihavefingersandthumb

Flower was awesome, bogo looked servicable big players need to step up, we need to play a 60 min game.

  21. moviemaverick

Buffalo tomorrow night- I’m tired of us playing these NE teams jfc

  22. JamesBlonde21

Maybe someday we’ll have a team that looks like a true contender instead of another year of mediocrity. Heck the devil’s were shit for years and look at them now

  23. fastal_12147

You can say the PK needs to be better, and that’s definitely true, but you can’t win many games only scoring one goal. Stars gonna start scoring.

  24. stagarmssucks

Wild simply arent a good team. I dont know if its the coaches or the players talents or some combination of them but the reality is they are not good. This just might be the season the wheels come off and while I want the wild to get a high draft pick those extensions are going to bite this team.

  25. KaprizFox

Whatever funk Kirill is in he needs to get out of it, this team just cannot survive with him playing this badly

  26. rubbercat

Terrible officiating as usual but man, KK has got to figure it out.

  27. Big yikes that Evason pushed the panic button of changing the top line in the 3rd after they were great in the 2nd, and his solution was to take probably the best player on the ice for that line off of it to plug Zucc back with his buddy. Worked just as expected.

Also I hope he figures out that Johansson is not a good enough offensive player to get PP1 and 6v5 ice time. His only strength is in transition because he’s fast. He’s not strong in an offensive zone cycle.

I’ve never been an Evason supporter but understood why he was kept around, but at this point Guerin has to be looking at this options. Slow starts every game, can’t get his star player going, zero creativity, misusing players, a history of poor discipline, both special teams are trash. If Guerin is serious about competing before the buyouts are gone this has to be the swan songs for Evason and co.
