  1. THANK YOU FOR THIS! Everybody nowadays says that the bench press is not optimal for gains and I am sick and tired of that. Thank you for clarifying why bench pressing is a great exercise.

  3. Incline DB press, seated cable fly and slight decline DB press are in my current program

  4. I finished my workout earlier in the day and actually did all these three exercises. The stimulation was amazing and the pump was phenomenal, I definitely agree with these choices.

  5. In my opinion, I don’t think it makes as much sense to say “only exercises you need” as much as “only movement patterns you need”. You don’t technically need to do an incline press for upper pecs, decline press for lower, etc. As long as that movement pattern is being used in some way, bringing said muscles through similar range of motion or providing similar stimulus, then the exercise itself isn’t as important.

  6. Thanks for the video. What is the alternate for Barbell Bench press? I get shoulder pain when i do that.

    I have a questions, i can only go 4 times a week to the gym and i wanna get the best possible gains should i do an uper/lower split so i hit everythibg twice a week or should i do somthing els?
