  1. Ray is the best nhl analyst. The fact he was a solid yet very underrated player. Alway love listening to him. Most importantly, he knows how to connect with fans.

  2. I watched several YouTube videos by Edmonton fans after the game. Generally speaking, most began with the host either buried their faces in their hands or sighed and then looked up and sighed again or both.

  3. Ray is good but I wish he had a more specific answer to why the core has improved so much compared to playing under the other coaches. I'm sure he has more insight than just pointing that maturity has been a major factor.

  4. I live in the states these days so im late with some bc news. But congratulations on BC HoF, Donnie. Watched you ever since i was a kid growing up in BC and obviously still do. Thank you

  5. I could listen to Ray all day long. One of my all-time favs and we are lucky to have him sit next to John for 15 games this year. I wish it was all of them.

  6. Loved the segment! Ray Ferraro is highly entertaining and one of the sharpest hockey minds around.

  7. Funny how Ray says there was the Canucks on a Saturday night and nothing else. I recall CBC channel 3 was the Leafs game and French CBC was the Canadians. The Canucks were not on TV that often and you never saw any other teams play until the playoffs.

  8. Oilers need to go and get 2 Eastern European goalies, use 2nds, 3rds, etc prospects you need some BIG goalies and then you use every spare penny on the Dmen. Try and get Ethan Bear cheap and another cheap deal and if that fails its sell sell sell sell sell at the deadline

  9. The instant gratification virus procured by progressive entitlement culture endowed on us by the all knowing internet, basically buried the Oilers. They drank too much hype kool aid and believed they were entitled to destiny. It’s a work ethic trait prevalent in all trades, not just those of the rich and famous

  10. I knew a guy who went to the same high school as Ray when the latter was a senior. One day during an outdoor school assembly Ray was sitting with his hands stretched out behind him. My buddy who is a few years younger was walking by not paying attention and accidentally stepped on his hand. Panic mode set in and he proceeded to step on his other hand. He swears that gave Ray his scoring touch 😆

  11. Ray Ferraro was excellent on colour last night as we knew he would be. So cool to see his instant chemistry with Shorty (that math skills line right at the drop was amazing).

Meanwhile not feelin' the Tomlinson.. he adds about as much colour to the commentary as a piece of stale meatloaf does to your dinner plate. Tryin' to give the guy some runway but man, I really miss Cheech
