OK Guys, let’s take a look at the current Montreal Canadiens goaltending situation. They have 3 goaltenders in the NHL right now, Jake Allen, Cayden Primeau and Samuel Montembeault. Originally I felt like they would keep all 3 of these guys incase of an injury, but after seeing the demand rise on the NHL market lately in places like Edmonton and Carolina, could a veteran goaltender like Jake Allen find himself the odd man out?

Allen for a conditional 2nd pick with 100% retained salary. *if Oilers win the cup, pick is Edm 1st rd.

Allen, matheson, monahan, Roy, mailloux for draisaitl and a 3rd add third team in for salary cap implications all depends if the habs are on draisaitls M-NMC 10 team list
Cockbuster Trade: Allen, Dvorak and Savard for Nugent-Hopkins, a second round pick, and whatever trash Edmonton has to throw in to get under cap.
Therre's been talk of trading for Xavier Bourgault, we better get more then that!!!
And what does Allen get you in return? A third rounder? Maybe?
On one hand i'm all for trading a goaltender to edmonton for ANY return honestly. On the other hand, i feel bad for whoever we send there. Especially Allen, he sat on our rebuild team for so long, went through hell and when he starts to see the light, we send him back to another layer of hell haha.
Jake Allen is a pretty good goalie – what does Edmonton send in return ?
is Allen, a lower round pick and a bag of pucks for a 1st rounder a possibility?
