I think there is no reason to panic or overreact at the moment – of course, there will be a lower point % per game if you have to play without two of the best centers in the league. It is not that they make as many points as with Jack and Nico in the lineup but just as many as they can. These are the moments when the quality in the locker room comes in to carry the team. And I believe the Devils have a high-quality locker room!
Best news in all of this, Colin Miller is almost ready (and Brendan Smith takes a seat). Hughes possibly joining the team in Pitt means there's a legit shot we'll have him back for the NYR game 11/18 too🤞

The defense needs to step it up!The devils are letting up way too many goals.We also need real goaltending,this problem goes back to last year in the playoffs.
