I'd love to know what percentage of the eastern hockey media actually do stay up until 1am to watch Canucks' games? It's great that Elliotte does (which is probably why he usually looks so rough and haggard in these segments), but I doubt most others do.
love the democratic process but the vote should be with the fans, not the tightwad billionaires who own the teams. this is a fan base event, one that i won't be watching if they go to an nfl format. maybe the owners don't care….

nucks have played 2 decent games out of 5…everyone praising nucks right now makes me laugh. Trade Myers (or pay him to leave like we did OEL) and get 2 more decent 3rd line dmen, and MAYBE we make the playoffs. As far as cup contender goes, we're light years away.
I swear Donnie would prefer Hronek have a bad year so he can say “I told you so” about the trade instead of Hronek having a great season & being proven wrong.
I would like to thank elliote Friedman for everything he does for the sport of hockey. Podcasts are great. His in sights are always great and just a great person to listen to. Raise your glasses to that man
