Even though Hildeby is from Sweden they probably want him to keep getting starts than take a week off from playing.
I see no reason to rush this kid. I’d even try to keep Samsonov around depending on how the season goes. But if Samsonov ends up asking for too much term or AAV it’s nice to know we have the Hildebeast waiting to take his place.
Honestly this will be good for Hildeby and Petruzzelli. Jones is just a guy at this point in his career. The other two should be getting more reps with the Marlies
