  1. Was not expecting to win this, nice pleasant surprise for my birthday. Went to the dome for the atmosphere and the alcohol… got a win as well.

    Go Flames 🔥

  2. Canucks are SO much better than what they put out tonight.

I get if it was fatigue due to having to fly out to Calgary straight after the Islanders game last night and arriving really early in the morning, but it's just difficult to use that for any reason when teams can still win 2 games in a back to back.

Hughes's worst performance by far this season. Really needs to get back on his defensive game.

  3. You don’t want to use being tired as an excuse, but when you are playing your 5th game, in a 5th different city, over 3 different time zones, in 8 nights, it’s just a fact. Canucks looked fatigued and the Flames were the more desperate team. DeSmith didn’t play his best game either and let in some questionable goals.

  4. 5 Games in 8 nights with 2 back to backs in those 5 games . Also had a east coast road trip. They are GASSED and it showed.

  5. No team is going to win every game. I still think the team might have found a way if that high stick against Garland was called. Would've been a double-minor. BUT, no doubt that the Canucks got severely outworked this game. Sure it was a back-to-back but I thought they could've put a BIT more into a comeback attempt. Also would've liked to see a solid check against Popsicle at some point.

  6. They were gonna loose this game boys were tired and broken but what does this say about the depth in the team Juulson is not a 7th dman he has good stints and bad stints idk why wolanin or Mcward didnt get a chance also wouldve rather seen Hirose than Karlsson but i think it was his birthday and he played good Desmith stellar as always rest up for saturday these guys need a break you kinda knew they were tired when hughes just couldnt skate away anyother game and hes dancing around calgary good on the flames to keep that pressure on us and Marky great as ever

  7. The typical Canucks, can't beat a bad team. People said that this team is the real deal? I don't think so. I know it was a back to back, but most of the Canucks played bad. I like the comments that say the Canucks looked or were tired? How do you expect to win a 7 game playoff series if you get tired after 1 game? BTW, why does the NHL do back to back games? The want teams to lose? lol

  8. Good game Flames! Lots of canucks fans saying it was because of last nights game against islanders. Well lets see what your excuse will be next time they play each other. (Dec 2nd) look forward to it!
