Despite having two of the best players in the NHL on the same team, the flaws are showing throughout the whole team. It’s always been a team defense issue.
Their culture is to not play defense and they will never win something with that mindset.

Get rid of the GM. McDavid and Draisaitl are burned out and they cant carry the whole team. Trading them should be a last resort. The GM has plenty of work ahead of him.
