Shootouts fucking suck ass. Ruins another entertianing game.
Nice comeback from the Flames to get at least a point. Pospisil’s goal was worth it all.

There were 8 goals in this game and all I’m thinking about is that pass by Huberdeau in OT.
That game had no business going extra time. Thank our D for handing a couple goals to NYI.

Give us 3v3 until someone wins you cowards. Guaranteed entertainment and you can post the adrenaline action on social media to grow the game. What’s the point of a shootout
It sucks to lose points to shootouts. But great game from the boys.
Here’s a couple positives; three points outside of a playoff spot and four points ahead of the Oilers.
First loss this season where I feel we truly deserved to win. Towards the end the third there we were owed a goal for how badly we were outplaying the Isles. Really wish we had momentum like that early in games instead of towards the end.
Why can’t we:
Win in OT
Win in a SO
Win 3 in a row
Hold a lead for more than 10 seconds
Shootouts suck ass, also Hubey is not a deke guy, stop putting him in for these only to have it end with another blast to his confidence.

Even if we had won I would still say that shootouts are fucking stupid.
Do deking coaches exist??? Someone get Gordon Bombay on the line asap please. That’s 3 wins and counting we could have and it’s infuriating how we cannot score on a god damn breakaway or shootout. The single best scoring chance that exists in the game and I swear to god we’re less than 15% on them.

Shootouts are crapshoots… but that was a really good 65 minute game from the boys. Just a couple of dumbass mistakes that prevented the W but pretty solid overall. Islanders were hungry and didn’t make it an easy game
was at the dome, the energy in there was gorgeous especially on that last goal in third to tie it up, great crowd tonight
