I’m actually asking, what is the actual difference in play for this team between the Avs/Tampa games and these two?
Are they just miles more sluggish? Not being as physical? I can’t tell any specific difference other than they just got stupid again

I guess we are exclusively a rush team. They can get zone time and pressure but it just doesn’t lead to goals. Also why the pp doesn’t work.

This team doesn’t seem to have any issues with how things are going. Fucking pathetic. We won’t get a single point on this trip
I think I’ve figured this team out. They can pretty much exclusively only generate offense from the rush. That comes from capitalizing on teams getting aggressive and making mistakes. But when the opponent gets ahead, they can sit back and play defense. This effectively shuts down the Blues because they need them to make mistakes to generate on the rush. It’s why they don’t score hardly at all when they lose. It’s also why they run it up when they get ahead because the opponent is forced to be more aggressive.
At this point, I’m hoping we don’t have a single player that’s on the ice under contract within the next three seasons. I want management and stillman to call for a complete tear down and rebuild, because we have nothing of note at the moment
