Pretty solid win, probably our best on home ice so far. Wish Cam could have gotten the shutout, but still an overall solid effort.

Everyone chipping in with goals, solid team effort for 45 minutes. Bit disappointed with how they closed it out, gave up control and stopped doing the fundamentals again.
Talbot deserved the shutout.
Balanced scoring, Talbot with yet another great performance, and solid defense. Crazy to think we’re playing this well and we’re STILL going to get RV back in the lineup at some point this season.
Biggest notes from this game for me:
Fiala looks like he’s back. Playing very well, and no surprise the PP1 is looking way better. Not bobbling the puck.
Dubois was flying. He looked great tonight.
Talbot is SO calm and collected. He is an absolute rock in net. Plus the penalty kill is super strong now.
Byfield still looks amazing every game.
Still really bad with penalties but they cleaned up as the game went on.
First period was fucking wild! Really exciting game. I am disappointed Talbot got robbed a-fucking-gin! Also disappointed we didn’t get to see a Binnington temper tantrum.
This was Talbot’s 6th start of the season where he allowed 0 or 1 goals. In all of those games he had a shutout until at least the last 12 minutes. The earliest a shutout was broken in one of these games was at Toronto when Tavares scored with 11:35 remaining.
Of course Talbot is robbed with 5mins to go and then the kings just eat clock after. Feels bad man
We have to have the best 4th line in the league. No one is as comfortable throwing their fourth line out in any situation as Todd is, and for good reason.
Fantastic game. We were just simply the better team. The scoring is just so balanced on this team. Q, Kempe, Lizzo, PLD, Fiala… every night it’s someone else. It’s so much fun to watch. I don’t know how we got so lucky to be getting this kind of play out Talbot but I sure am grateful to have him. I just love the way he comes out aggressively to meet the puck instead of waiting for it to come to him. What a team.
What can you say, just a complete game, and a great team win.
Very happy that Byfield and Talbot continue to shine. Gatta say I appreciate Dubois coming back and playing at probably less than 100% and putting in a good game. Good to see him playing with some power still after barreling into the post like that. Hope Lizzo is okay…

man i just gotta say i love PL so far on and off the ice. he’s always got this awkward smile on his face in interviews and seems like a genuine dude that’s happy to be here.
This is a complete team, from top to bottom. Not a single weak line, not a single weak pairing. And they all play a hard structured game, with great goaltending. What team we have here.
I have been very impressed by Byfield this season. He’s starting to look like that second overall pick and the future of the franchise.

Once again waking up to watch the highlights..was this just utter domination by the Kings?
The defense is defending, the tender is tending, and the offense is absolutely on fire. We keep this up and it’s going to be a really fun season.
I just feel … spoiled? For the Kings to have won two cups in the last 15 years, numerous individual awards and now this? Spoiled, just spoiled.
