I would not be opposed to signing him and letting Akira get some reps in Utica. A shakeup in net would not be the worst idea in the world. Not a long term fix but easily the cheapest option available right now.

A shakeup wouldn’t hurt, idk about a 38 yr old goalie. We need someone who is a bit more athletic and can handle some of the scoring chances we’re allowing, or at least a goalie with a bigger frame. It’s a shame Blackwood didn’t work out here with the much needed change of scenery
